A bag arrived with a broken lock clasp that I had to remove and sew another one in its place. It's a shame that they sell bags with fragile clasps; this causes frustration and future dissatisfaction with this unreliable seller.

Order went for a long time. Materiasl used looked cheap. So many loose threads, the buckle lock is loose and won't hold or hang. Apart from the card organizer (which i love so much) that came along with this bag, the item is a complete garbage. Cheap material and construction. Dirty and professionally unkept. I need my money back
